1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CollectNDeal® ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. CollectNDeal is India's premier collectibles marketplace and exhibition management platform, acting solely as a facilitatorto connect collectors, dealers, and exhibition organisers.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Platform Services

CollectNDeal provides the following services:

• E-Shop: Direct buy/sell marketplace for collectibles
• Exhibition Management: Comprehensive platform for organizing and managing exhibitions
• Booth/Stall Registration: Complete booking system for exhibition spaces
• Team Management: Role-based access control for exhibition organizers

3. User Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Exhibition booth bookings require minimum payment as configured by organisers
• Payment plans and installment options may be available for eligible bookings
• Refunds are subject to organisers' policies and platform guidelines
• CollectNDeal may charge service fees for transactions
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) unless otherwise specified

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained items
• Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting identity
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities
• Disrupting platform operations or security

6. Platform Role as Facilitator

Our Guarantees: We guarantee only our own platform services, including exhibition management tools, booth booking systems, and technical infrastructure. All other products, services, and transactions are between users.

7. Limitation of Liability

As a facilitating platform, CollectNDeal is not responsible for:

• The authenticity, quality, or condition of items listed by third parties
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Exhibition cancellations or changes by organisers
• Loss or damage during shipping
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Actions or omissions of exhibition organisers, dealers, or collectors
• Financial losses resulting from third-party transactions

8. Account Termination

CollectNDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or any behavior that compromises platform integrity. Users may also close their accounts at any time, subject to completion of pending transactions.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

10. Changes to Terms

CollectNDeal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
